21 days of focused self improvement

 Self improvement is ongoing process.  Purpose of this life is is only to learn nd improve, grow.  But I hv decided to go through focused improvement process for next 21 days.  This is for targeting some focused problems I am facing today nd improve over them.  Current issues I am facing: 1. Health issues: continuous cold, fatigue, head ache, very less stamina for running walking or for exercise. Over weight. Sleep problems.  2. Emotional : very short tempered, cannot handle tension, overreact during the time of tension, can't control anger Action items for next 21 days: 1. Sudarshan kriya everyday 2. Yogasane everyday 3. Following proper timing of sleep, meals, exercise everyday 4. Use of positive, soft and kind words and language while speaking to everybody.  5. Chintan instead of chinta 6. Practice gratefulness and forgiveness everyday

10 thing I learn from NaMo

 Whenever I watch Narendra modi in any event his personality, speeches, and thoughts always inspire me and I get to learn something new everytime. He addresses entire nation through the series of speeches named 'Man ki baat'. Everytime I watch it nd get some good pearls of inspiration nd positivity.  1. Discipline 2. Own image nd brand building, maintaining personality 3. Importance of physical, mental nd emotional health, fitness 4. Knowledge about Vedant, geeta, yogavidya etc and actually applying it in everyday life 5. Seeing goodness in every small thing and acknowledging them in public 6. Self esteem and confidence.
